3. Early Departure

4. Cancellation Due to Natural Causes

Heavy snowfall

Road closures

Government restrictions

Natural disasters
Refunds or rescheduling will be provided based on management discretion and operational feasibility.
5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
